Metro Exodus is no longer a strictly linear FPS

While Metro Exodus Epic Key was exclusive to Epic Games for a year, surprisingly, 4A Games and Deep Silver were all pre-orders, so we should not worry too much.

Cheap metro exodus game key is loosely inspired by Metro 2035, an extension of Metro 2033, novels written by Dmitry Glukhovsky. More specifically, the first hour of the game is a loose adaptation of the beginning and end of Metro 2035, while the rest of Exodus functions as a set of Metro 2035 fans.

The name betrays it. It is an exodus, an exit from the subway, which refers to the Moscow metro system, in which the inhabitants of Moscow were settled during a nuclear war that ended civilization around the world.

Due to these changes, Metro Exodus is no longer a strictly linear FPS. The general progress of history remains linear. The new zones are unlocked linearly one after another, but Metro Exodus now offers two extra-large non-linear cards, the remaining cards are smaller and more linear than these.
