Three New Survivors Will Be Stared in Resident Evil 2

Capcom is working on a new game mode for the new version of Resident Evil 2 Steam Key, which offers three additional perspectives on zombie infestation in Raccoon City. This mode, The Ghost Survivors, will be a free update to the game, Capcom announced at the Resident Evil 2 launch party in Japan.

The Ghost Survivors will be a side story dedicated to three survivors: Robert Kendo, the arms dealer who owns Kendo Gun Shop in Raccoon City; an unnamed member of the Umbrella Security Service; and the daughter of Raccoon Mayor Michael Warren, who faces the tragic fate at the hands of the city's police chief.

According to a translation of the Siliconera event, The Ghost Survivors will include random scenarios, a unique enemy in the game mode and a shop where players can buy items by points they earned.

In addition to The Ghost Survivors, Capcom has planned other content for free. The low-polygon character model costumes of Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, known as "98 Leon" and "98 Claire", will be released in March.
